Price list commission / sold aparment

According to the agreement  3.9% of the debt-free sales price,

minimum €3100. 

Evaluation book
Condominium from 300 euros + mileage allowance.
Property from 450 euros + mileage allowance.
Sales book (when the customer has sold himself)
Stock trading books from 300 euros + documents
Property sale from 450 euros + documents

Prices include values added tax of 25,5%. Statutory document costs are charged to the customer separately.

Commission / for rental properties
1 month's rent + VAT 25,5%
or  by agreement.
