Brokerager prices
According to the agreement, 3.9% of the debt-free purchase price, minimum 2700 €.
Book estimate
- Condominium from EUR 248 + kilometer compensation.
- Property from 372 euros + kilometer compensation.
- Trade certificate (when the customer has sold himself)
- Share trading from EUR 248 + letter papers
- Real estate sale from 372 euros + documents
- Prices include VAT of 24%.
- The statutory document costs will be charged separately from the customer.
Commissions on rental apartments
-1 month rent x 1.24 incl VAT 24%
or according to the agreement.
